REFUND AND RETURNS
At Lynx Cabinets, we take pride in delivering quality products and services to our customers. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to offer a refund or exchange within the terms of our refund policy.

All custom orders are final and non-refundable. This includes any modifications made to our standard products or designs.
Standard orders:

Standard orders:
If you are not completely satisfied with your standard order, we offer a 30-day return policy. To be eligible for a refund, the item must be in its original condition and packaging. You must contact us within 30 days of receiving your order to initiate a return.
Shipping costs:
The customer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with returning an item for a refund or exchange. If the item was damaged during shipping or there was an error on our part, we will cover the cost of return shipping.
Refund processing:
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it is in its original condition. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days of receiving the returned item.
Cancellation policy:
If you need to cancel a custom order, you must do so within 24 hours of placing your order. After 24 hours, your order is final and cannot be cancelled. For standard orders, you may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing your order.
